Mastering Me Energy Therapy works on every level of your being... mind, body, emotions, soul and spirit. Firstly, they focus on bringing you into alignment and balance, so you then have the foundational support and stability to explore the somewhat deeper levels of your psyche. This could include reviewing past trauma, old relationships, reprogramming mental and behavioural patterns, revisiting childhood memories, inner child work, releasing past lives, relinquishing soul contracts/oaths etc. The sessions also work on the higher vibrational levels of your being such as your crystalline matrix and higher etheric layers including conducting any activations that your soul may require.
The sessions can include any of the following: reiki, crystals, thought field therapy, psychic surgery, psychic acupressure, ancestral, bloodline and karmic healing, chakra balancing, angelic healing, etheric cord cutting, entity removal, shamanic soul retrieval, planetary energy balancing, activations and energetic upgrades, Yeshua and Christ consciousness, Magdalene and Sophia Consciousness, the holy spirit, ascended masters such as St Germain, El Morya or any other energy that is brought forward for you during your session.

Remote Mastering Me Energy Therapy - Single Session
This is a single 60minute Energy Therapy session which is conducted remotely from a distance (I will not be physically present). We set a time and date and then as you sit or lay relaxed, I tune into your heart and soul to deeply explore your current physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual health. I then proceed to perform any energetic work such as healing, realignments, releases, activations etc which usually takes me around 30minutes. Immediately after this we connect through FaceTime, WhatsApp Call, Messenger etc where I explain all my findings and share any guidance that came through to assist you further on your journey of transformation. I then proceed to perform any energetic work such as healing, realignments, releases, activations etc which usually takes me around 30minutes. Distance Healing
I often send distance healing to people in need and do this of my own free will to offer support and use my gifts for the greatest good with no charge. On occasion this distance healing is then requested further and while I don't set a specific cost for this, a donation of your choosing would be much appreciated to cover the cost of my time.
