Funeral Civil Celebrant
In collaboration with your local Funeral Director, Emma creates, writes and delivers beautifully bespoke and unique Funerals, Memorials and Celebration of Life Ceremonies. Emma calls this area of her work 'My Sacred Ceremony'.
Emma is a fully qualified Civil Funeral Celebrant and has a National Open College Network (NOCN) Level 3 Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy and is a member of the Association of Independent Civil Celebrants.
Energy Therapist & Healer
Emma is an Energy Therapist and is a qualified Reiki Master Practioner and Teacher, Thought Field Therapist, Metatronia (Archangel Matatron) Master Healer, The Order & Knights of Magdalene Healer and Crystal Therapist having obtained a 2-year diploma in Crystal Therapy in 2015. Emma is an empath, psychic healer, angel communicator, mystic and soul midwife and has an ability to see a person’s aura and energy bodies, which greatly assists her in getting to the root cause of any issues whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Emma uses all her expertise and abilities when conducting her Mastering Me Energy Therapy Sessions.
Emma is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) as a Complementary and Sports Member and a Member of the Complementary Health Care Register Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Health, Well-being and Exercise Specialist
Emma is a Health, Well-being and Exercise Specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Emma set up the first GP Exercise Referral Programme in Rhondda Cynon Taff in Wales and taught at a University in Wales for 15 years, both recreationally and academically. Emma has taught every level of clientele from young children to specialist groups such as those with medical conditions and is qualified in a number of modalities... aerobics, pilates, power chi yoga, trigger point pilates, TRX, spin, kettlebells, to name just a few! From all Emma's experience she now teaches others how to balance their body, mind, emotions and subtle energy systems in the innovative Mastering Me Class.
Emma has Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Sports Coaching (BSc) and Physical Activity & Health (MSc). Emma is also a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and holds Senior Activity and Health Practitioner Status.
Astrologer, Mystic and Cosmic Guide
Emma is an Astrologer, Mystic and Cosmic Guide, directly connected to the divine and intrinsically connected to the stars. This allows Emma to feel and sense the planetary bodies within a person’s energy field and tap into the wider planetary and cosmic energy’s affecting all of humanity and the planet Earth. Emma offers Mastering Me Astrology Reports and Readings and posts regular cosmic insights and astro weather updates on her social media channels.

Emma is a writer and author with her own publishing imprint 'Mastering Me Publishing'. Her debut self-help book ‘Mastering Your Crown; A Guide to Transforming Anxiety, Fear, Loss and Grief in Times of Crisis’ shares the innovative 8-Step Sequence to self-regulate the body, mind, emotions and subtle energy systems and methods for processing loss and grief.
Emma is currently in the process of writing her second book ‘The Day My Mum Died; Through The Eyes of a Psychic’.
